this is the worst imos in two states. staff is slow. food is horrible. the crust tastes old and frozen and aweful. not enough toppings and no public bathroom for a sit down mini restaurant. also illegal. but ofallon does nothing.

I love St. Louis style pizza! I am always excited when we take road trips that go through the area so that I can get it! Coming from Nashville, the O'Fallon location is the first one we encounter so we usually stop here. It's never been the best but I gladly stop here just to get my fill of pizza! This last time was exceptionally bad. The guy at the register was hopefully new and will improve with time but he was incredibly slow taking orders. The salads came out quickly and were good. Then the pizzas started arriving, so far so good but we had ordered the provel bites as an appetizer. No sign of them. We asked what we were assuming was the manager and she apologized and handled it well but it seemed she was the only one in there that cared about her job. All the other employees seemed to be annoyed with making food and taking orders. Also, most of us weren't given cups to get drinks so we had to get up and ask for those. The food was okay but the whole time we were in there we felt uncomfortable with the glares that the employees were throwing! I'll still eat here though bc I only get imos occasionally and glares aren't going to stop me!

I've lived in several areas of this country thanks to the military and I have had many types of pizza. I also worked in a private own pizza for 3 years while in high school. I'm sorry to say that if this is an example of St. Louis style pizza I am very disappointed. I'm a fan of thin crust pizza but their pizza was like a cracker with a knife spread of sauce and over cooked whatever kind of cheese that was. My search for a really good locally owned pizza place continues because Imo's was terrible.

Of all the imos i have ever been to, this one stands out as the poorest by a long shot. The employees are not polite in the store or on the phone. It seems that my order stopped there play time... The orders are slopped together with no attention to detail or presentation. My last 3 "hot sandwiches" were cold.... I pick up my orders from the fairview heights imos now. Its a little out of the way, but i dont feel ripped off when i am done. Ofallon imos charges premium prices for inferior food. The owner of this store should be appalled.

Ordred two XL pizzas. Meaty and the other one pepperoni and olive and the other half sausage and mushroom. We picked it up and it was olive and mushroom all over. They decided to fix it after talking to 3 people and delivered the right pizza but brought us a Large. Needless to say it's now in the trash. I won't waste time ordering here again.

St. Louis style pizza was rather an interesting experience. It was my first this past weekend when I was visiting family in town. The pizza was OK as I thought the provolone cheese seemed burnt and gummy like Elmer's glue. The crust was good. The breadsticks were DRY and TERRIBLEI! I hope the owner, management and this particular kid is reading this review: This occurred 11/10/2013 at around noon shift time. What I did not like was this boy's (the one working at cashier and putting ice in soda machine) arrogant and "Mr. Know it all" attitude. He did not seem very interested in making customer happy. Mr. Kid, you need an attitude adjustment or you are going to scare the customers away. The pizza maker was professional. The girl that worked at the toppings area was quite polite and helpful. I believe this place will improve over time. I would like to try St. Louis style pizza again from another place to compare the taste. But, I would come back to IMO's again. And I'd like to try their toasted ravioli next time. Again, I hope management take customer services more seriously by working with their employees.
